Scott Wiggins has enjoyed a varied career with the constants being a love for leading teams, and growing current and future leaders. His professional experience includes serving as the Assistant Director of Public Relations for the Atlanta Hawks of the National Basketball Association. Next, he transitioned to the United States Air Force where he spent 27 years as a pilot and commander leading organizations ranging in size from 10 to 3,000 airmen retiring as a Brigadier General. He had combat deployments to Afghanistan, Iraq, Somalia, Rwanda, Kosovo and Turkey. Additionally, he served on the crew of Air Force One for two years and was the Commandant and Vice Commandant of the Air Force’s Officer Training School. Scott spent the next 12 years serving as the Director of Staff at one of the 30 largest churches in the country where he led a team of 170 at five locations focusing on their professional, personal and leadership development. Today, Scott is an executive coach with the Conducere Group, a coaching, consulting and business development firm whose focus is teaching individuals and teams to lead together.
His educational credentials include a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Alabama; and masters degrees in education from City University in Seattle and strategic studies from the United States Air Force War College as well as attending the National Defense University.
