Leadership Under Fire
Brigadier General Scott Wiggins, United States Air Force (Ret) is a student and practitioner of leadership across a multitude of platforms. From working in public relations with the Atlanta Hawks of the National Basketball Association (NBA) to a 27-year career in the United States Air Force to being an executive for 12-years at one of the 30 largest churches in the country, he’s refined, adapted, and multiplied his craft. He captures 40-years of leadership lessons in “Leadership Under Fire.”
Train and Deploy Leaders for the Church
“Leadership Under Fire: Developing Courageous Leaders for the Church” examines how ineffective leadership has taken root in our houses of worship. It describes the qualities needed to guide our congregations and presents a plan to implement change. Poor leadership is a threat to the church just like bombs and bullets were a threat to Brigadier General Wiggins and the forces he led. It’s time to train and deploy courageous leaders.
